At PPG Property Management we provide reliable, comprehensive, and complete management services at competitive market rates. We specialize in the rental of single family homes, multi-unit dwellings, and other properties for investors. 

Work With Us

We ask for a one year commitment for our management contract but it can be cancelled at any time after the 1st year without penalty with a 30 day notice. We believe that we need to earn your business day to day and month to month and will not obligate you to any long term contracts.


  • 8% (Minimum $60, Maximum $120) 
  • 35% Leasing commission fee (minimum $350)
Our Services

Agent Referral Program

We are offering agents a $300 referral fee for any property owners that are referred to us that sign a Property Management Agreement. When the property owner is ready to sell, we send them right back to you, so you get to retain your client.
